Changes in school
Period
- Within 14 days from the date of changes in school (penalty is imposed if changing after 14 days)
Documents to submit
- Integrated application
- Passport, Foreigner registration
- Standard admission certificate
- Proof of enrollment of changed school
- Diploma and transcript in previous school
- Documents for proving residency (choose 1 below)
- Proof of dorm move-in
- Real estate contract
- Confirmation of residing accommodation, copy of ID from room provider, real estate contract letter
Report of changes in the residential address
Period
- Within 14 days from the date of change in the residential address (penalty is imposed if reporting 14 days after changing the address)
How to report
- Online application : www.hikorea.go.kr - Electronic civil service - Report for the changes in residential address
- Visit : Immigration office in the jurisdiction, residential center
Documents to submit
- Integrated application
- Foreigner registration slip
- Documents to prove the residential address (choose one below)
- Proof of move-in to a dorm
- Real estate contract paper
- Confirmation of residential accommodation, copy of the ID of room provider, real estate contract paper from a room provider
Other changes
- Relevant : If there are changes in the information on the foreigner registration crd
E.g.) Nationality, passport, date of issuing passport, expiration of passport, name, gender, and date of birth, etc.
- Period : Within 14 days from the day of the causes (penalty is imposed if reporting 14 days after the day of cause)
