다만, 대한민국에 처음 입국하는 유학생(D-2)은 외국인등록이 완료되는 날부터 건강보험에 가입됩니다. (입국일 기준이 아닌, 외국인등록 완료일 기준 가입됩니다.)

외국인등록은 입국 이후 신청하며, 외국인등록까지는 시간이 소요되기 때문에 입국일~외국인등록 기간에는 건강보험이 적용되지 않습니다.

이에, 2022학년도 2학기 대한민국에 입국하는 유학생 여러분은 충북대에서 단체로 진행하는 '외국인 유학생 실손의료보험'에 반드시 가입하시기 바랍니다.

However, students (D-2) who are entering Korea for the first time are registered from the date of alien registration. (not the date of entry to Korea)

Application for alien registration starts after the arrival in Korea, and it takes time for students to be completed with the alien registration.

Students are not insured during the period from the arrival date to the completion of alien registration.

Therefore, international students entering Korea in the second semester of 2022 must be enrolled in the 'Foreign Student Indemnity Medical Insurance' provided by Chungbuk National University as a group.
