2023년 전기 외국인 신입생을 대상으로 아래와 같이 단체 비자 변경 신청을 진행하고자 합니다. 
해당되는 유학생들은 신청 서류를 준비하여 국제교류본부로 제출하시기 바랍니다.
◾ 주의사항
- 방문시 마스크를 반드시 착용하시기 바랍니다. 발열 등 증상이 있을 경우 방문 자제 및 담당자에게 연락하시기 바랍니다.
- 서류제출일을 꼭 지켜주시기 바랍니다.
- 통합신청서는 작성 후 인쇄하여 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 여권, 체류지 입증서류 등은 복사 후 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
□ 대    상: D-4, D-10 ► D-2 변경자 / D-2 ► D-2 변경자[학사►석사, 석사►박사(통합)]
□ 신청서류 제출기간: 2023. 2. 20.(월) 10:00~16:00 (12:00~13:00, 점심시간)
□ 신청서류 제출장소: 국제교류본부(N10) 153호 (043-261-3890)
□ 제출대상 및 제출서류

  ※ 학기 시작 전(2023. 2. 28.)까지 비자변경 신청을 완료해야함(기간 초과 시, 벌금 부과)
 
We would like to proceed with the group visa change application for international freshmen entering in March 2023 as follows.
Applicable international students are requested to prepare application documents and submit them to the Office of International Services.
* Attention
- You must be wearing your mask before entering the office. In case of fever symptoms, please refrain from visiting the office and get in contact with   the person in charge as soon as possible.
- Please be sure to follow the submission date.
- After filling out the application form, print it and submit it.
- You must submit one (1) photocopy of each: Passport, Proof of Residence

□ Application eligibility : D-4, D-10 ► D-2  /  D-2 ► D-2 (Undergraduate(Bs) → Graduate(Ms, Ph.D)
□ Application period: 2023. 2. 20.(Mon) 10:00~16:00 (12:00~13:00, lunch time)
□ Place of submission of application documents: Office of International Services(N10), R10 room 153 (043-261-3890)
□ Required documents
  

* All applicants must complete VISA change application before the 1st semester begins.(Feb. 28, 2023)(If not, the fine will be charged)
