□ 대상: 재학생, 학기 초과자, 논문준비 수료생, 학부수료생(졸업시험 미 통과자 또는 TOPIK 미취득자)

□ 주의사항
- 코로나19 증상이 있을 경우 온라인을 통해 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
* 온라인 신청 방법: www.hikorea.go.kr → 민원신청
- 서류제출일을 꼭 지켜주시기 바랍니다.
- 통합신청서는 작성 후 인쇄하여 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 여권, 체류지 입증서류 등은 복사 후 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 재학증명서, 성적증명서, 교육비납입증명서, 수료증명서는 온라인 또는 종합서비스센터(N10-106호)에서 발급이 가능합니다.
* 온라인 발급 방법-> 충북대학교 유학생지원센터 > 학사 및 생활 > 온라인증명서 발급 (chungbuk.ac.kr)
- 단체 서류 제출일 기준 체류기간 만료일이 며칠 안 남은 경우 개인적으로 출입국사무소에 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 개인적으로 체류기간 연장 신청 시에는 하이코리아 홈페이지(www.hikorea.go.kr)에서 방문예약을 신청한 후 출입국사무소에 방문하시기 바랍니다.
- 학기 초과자는 3. 22.(수) ~ 3. 24.(금)에 등록금 납부 후 3. 27.(월) 에 단체 연장신청을 하시기 바랍니다.
□ Application eligibility: enrolled students, students taking additional semesters, students on thesis preparation, undergraduate students (who have not passed the graduation
exam or have not obtained TOPIK level 4)
□ Date for documentation submission:
□ Where to submit: Admission Welcome Center (N10-153) on the 1st floor of the Office of International Services (person in charge ☎043-261-3890)
□ Attention
- If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please apply online.
* How to apply online → www.hikorea.go.kr → Petition application
- Please adhere to the deadlines for submitting documents.
- After filling out the application form, print it and submit it.
- You must submit one (1) photocopy of each: Passport, Proof of Residence
- Certificate of enrollment, transcript, certificate of tuition fee payment, and certificate of completion can be obtained online or
at the Total service center (N10-106).
* How to issue online → 충북대학교 유학생지원센터 영문 > Academic affairs and lives > Issuance of Online Certificate (chungbuk.ac.kr)
- If the expiration date of the period of stay is less than a few days from the date of group document submission, please apply individually at the
Immigration Office.
- When applying for an extension of the period of stay personally, apply for a visit reservation on the Hikorea website (www.hikorea.go.kr), Please visit
the Immigration Office.
- Students who have exceeded the semester must pay the tuition between 3. 22. (Wed) ~ 3. 24. (Fri) and apply for group extension on 3.27. (Mon).
□ 对象: 在校生，学期超过者，论文准备结业生，本科结业生(毕业考试未通过者及TOPIK未取得者）

- 如有新型冠状病毒症状,请通过网络申请。
* 网上申请方法→ www.hikorea.go.kr → 申请办事
- 请务必遵守提交文件的日期。
- 请填写综合申请书后打印并提交。
- 请复印护照、滞留地证明文件等后提交。
- 在校证明书、成绩证明书、教育费缴纳证明书、结业证明书可在网上或综合服务中心（N10-106号) 可以签发。
* 网上发放方法 → 충북대학교 유학생지원센터 중문 > 教务及生活 > 开具网上证明 (chungbuk.ac.kr)
- 以团体文件提交日为准，滞留期限没剩几天时，请个人向出入境办事处提出申请。
- 个人申请延长滞留时间时，在hikorea网站（www.hikorea.go.kr ）申请访问预约后, 到出入境事务所访问。
- 超过学期的人请在3. 22.(周三)~3.24.(周五)缴纳学费后3.27.(周一)申请团体延长。
