   □ 국가별 유학생회 신청

      ❍ (신청 요건) 2023.4.1.기준 외국인 학위과정 재학생 국가별 인원 5명 이상

        -  유학생회 자격 자동 연장 국가(5개국): 몽골, 베트남, 중국, 캄보디아, 파키스탄
        - 신규 유학생회 신청 가능 국가(7개국): 나이지리아(8명), 네팔(5명), 러시아(8명),  방글라데시(10명), 우즈베키스탄(41명), 인도네시아(11명), 필리핀(7명)

      ❍ (제출서류) 유학생회 조직 신청서, 조직표, 회칙, 회원 명단

      ❍ (신청기간) 2023. 4. 3.(월) ~ 4. 7.(금)

      ❍ (신청방법) 이메일(jiayou@cbnu.ac.kr) 제출 또는 국제교류본부 행정실(N10 151호) 방문 제출

      ❍ (유학생회 효력) 유학생회는 1년간 유효하며, 매년 신청을 원칙으로 함. 단, 매년 3월 기준 외국인 학위과정 재학생 수가 5명 이상일 경우 기존 유학생회 자격 자동 연장

          ※ 유학생회 자격은 자동 연장되나 조직표, 회칙, 회원 명단은 매년 제출  

      ❍ (기타사항) 유학생회 조직 요건을 충족하더라도 유학생회 조직 신청서 미제출시 유학생회 불인정

   □ 유학생회 주요 활동 

       ❍ 국가별 유학생 비상연락망 구축으로 유학생 체계적 관리

       ❍ 국가별 유학생 간 친교 활동, 온라인 커뮤니티 활동, 문화 교류 행사 기획 및 운영

       ❍ 유학생 관련 정보를 온라인 커뮤니티에 공유하고, 유학 생활의 고충 및 대안을 논의하여 국제화 정책에 반영

       ❍ 국제교류본부의 각종 행사 홍보 및 참여  

  □ 유학생회 혜택 

     ❍ 유학생회 임원 임명장 및 활동 확인서 발급 

  □ 유학생회 활동비 지원 

     ❍ 지원 범위 및 지급기준

 - (지원 범위) 개강 및 종강 모임, 문화·체육행사, 유학생회 MT 등 유학생 간 유대강화를 위한 모임 활동

              ※ 단순 종교 활동을 위한 지원금 지급 불가

 - (지급 기준) 실제 활동에 참여하는 학위과정 재학생 1인 당 12,000원

     ※ 2022년 기준 10,000원에서 12,000원으로 상향, 학위과정 수료생, 교환학생, 어학연수생 지원 불가

- (지급 횟수) 유학생회 지원금 예산 범위 내에서 최대 3회까지 지급

  ※ 단, 예산 소진시 지급 불가   

  - (지급 시기) 기존 유학생회는 3월부터 소급 지급, 신규 유학생회는 4월 중순부터 지급 

❍ 활동비 지원금 신청 및 지급 방법

① (유학생회 회장) 유학생회 지원금 신청서, 활동계획서, 참여 유학생 명단을 작성하여 국제교류본부 행정실로 활동일 2주 전까지 제출, 활동 종료 후 1주일 이내 활동 결과 보고서 및 영수증 제출

② (국제교류본부) 활동 결과 보고서 및 영수증 검토 후 유학생회 회장 계좌로 지원금 지급

    □ International student association application by country

      ❍ (Requirements for Application) As of April 1, 2023, at least 5 foreign students enrolled in the degree program by country

           - Countries with automatic renewal of international student association qualifications (5 countries): Mongolia, Vietnam, China, Cambodia, Pakistan 

 - Countries that can apply for new international student associations (7 countries): Nigeria (8 persons), Nepal (5 persons), Russia (8 persons), Bangladesh (10), Uzbekistan (41),

    Indonesia (11), Philippines (7)

❍ (Documents to be submitted) International student association organization application form, organization chart, bylaws, member list

❍ (Application Period) 2023. 4. 3. (Mon) ~ 4. 7. (Fri)

❍ (How to apply) Submit via e-mail (jiayou@cbnu.ac.kr) or visit the Office of International Affairs (Room 151, N10)

❍ (International Student Association Effectiveness) The international student association is valid for one year, and applications are accepted annually. 

    However, if there are 5 or more foreign students enrolled in the degree program as of March of each year, the existing international student council qualifications are automatically extended.

    ※ The qualification of the international student association is automatically extended, but the organization chart, bylaws, and member list are submitted every year.

❍ (Others) Even if the requirements for international student association organization are met, if the application for international student association organization is not submitted,

    the international student association will not be recognized.

□   Major Activities of the International Student Association

 ❍ Systematic management of international students by establishing an emergency contact network for international students by country

  ❍ Planning and operation of fellowship activities, online community activities, and cultural exchange events among international students by country.

  ❍ Sharing information related to international students to the online community, discussing difficulties and alternatives in student life and reflecting them in internationalization policies.

  ❍ Publicity and participation in various events of the Office of International Services.

□   International student association benefits

  ❍ Issuance of a Certificate of appointment and confirmation of activities of the International Students Association

□   Support for international student association activity expenses

  ❍ Support scope and payment criteria

 - (Scope of support) Gathering activities to strengthen ties between international students, such as class start and end meetings, cultural and sports events,

     international student council MT, etc.

        ※ Support funds for simple religious activities are not available

   - (Payment standard) KRW 12,000 per degree course student participating in actual activities

      ※ As of 2022, the amount will increase from 10,000 won to 12,000 won. Degree course completion students, exchange students, and language students cannot apply.

 - (Number of payments) Up to 3 payments within the budget of the student council support fund 

   ※ However, when the budget is exhausted, payment is not possible

 - (Payment period) Existing international student associations receive retroactive payments from March, and new international student associations receive payments 

    from mid-April.

 ❍ How to apply for and pay for activity expenses

 ① (International Student Council President) Fill out the international student council support fund application form, activity plan, and list of participating international students and submit them to the Office of International Services 2 weeks before the activity date, and submit the activity result report and receipt within 1 week after the end of the activity.

② (Office of International Services) After reviewing the activity result report and receipt, the support fund is paid to the account of the president of the student council.
