2023년 후기 외국인 신입생을 대상으로 아래와 같이 단체 비자 변경 신청을 진행하고자 합니다. 해당되는 유학생들은 신청 서류를 준비하여 국제교류본부로 제출하시기 바랍니다.

□ 대    상: D-4, D-10 ► D-2 변경자 / D-2 ► D-2 변경자[학사►석사, 석사►박사(통합)]
□ 제출기간: 2023. 8. 23.(수) 10:00~16:00 (12:00~13:00 점심시간 제외)
□ 제출장소: 국제교류본부(N10) 153호 입학웰컴센터 (043-261-3841)
□ 제출서류

   ※ 학기 시작 전(2023. 8. 31.)까지 비자변경 신청을 완료해야함(기간 초과 시, 벌금 부과)

   ※ 단, 외국인출입국사무소 요구사항에 따라 위 서류 외 추가서류(잔고증명 금액 추가 등)를 제출해야 할 수 있음

We would like to proceed with the group visa change application for international freshmen entering in Sep. 2023 as follows.
Applicable international students are requested to prepare application documents and submit them to the Office of International Services.

□ Application eligibility : D-4, D-10 ► D-2  /  D-2 ► D-2 (Undergraduate(Bs) → Graduate(Ms, Ph.D)
□ Application period: 2023. 8. 23.(Wed) 10AM~4PM (Not available 12:00~13:00, lunch time)
□ Where to Submit: Office of International Affairs(OIA) (Bldg. N10), #153 (☎ 043-261-3841)
□ Required documents
 
   ※ All applicants will be fined without completing VISA change application by Aug. 31, 2023)

   ※ But, you may be required to submit additional documents such as a higher amount of bank balance proof by the Immigration office's request.
