□ 주의사항

 1. 코로나19 증상이 있을 경우 온라인을 통해 신청해 주시기 바랍니다. 

 2. 서류 제출일을 꼭 지켜주시기 바랍니다. 

 3. 통합신청서는 작성 후 인쇄하여 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

 4. 여권, 체류지 입증서류 등은 복사 후 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

 5. 은행잔고증명 제출자는 제출일 기준 1달 이내 발급된 서류를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 

 6. 재학증명서, 성적증명서, 교육비납입증명서, 수료증명서는 온라인 또는 종합서비스센터(N10-106호) 에서 발급이 가능합니다.

 7. 체류기간 만료일이 단체 서류 제출일 기준 1주일 이내일 경우 개인적으로 출입국사무소에 신청해 주시기 바랍니다. 

 8. 개인적으로 체류기간 연장 신청 시에는 하이코리아 홈페이지(www.hikorea.go.kr)에서 방문 예약을 신청한 후 출입국사무소에 방문하시기 바랍니다. 

 9. 학기 초과자는 9. 20.(수) ~ 9. 22.(금) 등록금 납부 후 9. 25.(월) 에 단체 연장신청을 하시기 바랍니다.

 2. Please adhere to the deadlines for submitting documents.

 3. After filling out the application form, print it and submit it.

 4. Please copy and submit your passport and proof of residence documents.

 5. Please submit the document issued within one month of the submission date for the bank balance certificate.

6. Certificate of enrollment, transcript, certificate of tuition fee payment, and certificate of completion can be obtained online or at the Total service center (N10-106).

7. If the period of stay expires within one week from the date of group document submission, please apply individually at the Immigration Office.

8. When applying for an extension of the period of stay personally, apply for a visit reservation on the Hikorea website (www.hikorea.go.kr), Please visit the Immigration Office

9. Students who have exceeded the semester must pay the tuition between 9. 20. (Wed) ~ 9. 22. (Fri) and apply for group extension on 9.2. (Mon).
