신규 유학비자(D-2)로 한국에 입국하는 외국인 유학생(신입생, 재학생, 수료생)은 외국인 등록증을 신청하시기 바랍니다.  

 □  신청대상: 신규 유학비자로 입국한 외국인 신입생, 재학생 및 수료생 (복학생 포함)

 □ 제출서류

   1. 통합신청서 (출입국양식, 첨부파일)

   2. 재학증명서 (재학생 해당) 또는 수료증명서 (수료생 해당) → 개신누리 또는 종합서비스센터에서 방문하여 발급 (N10 - #106)

   3. 3*4 크기의 사진 (최근 3개월 이내 촬영한 것, 이전 외국인등록증상의 사진과 동일한 사진은 불허)

   4. 비자 복사본

   5. 여권 복사본

   6. 체류지 입증서류(선택 1) 

     - 기숙사입주증명 

     - 부동산계약서(방 계약서)

     - 거주숙소제공확인서(첨부파일), 방 제공자 신분증 사본, 방 제공자 부동산계약서

   7.  수수료 30,000원 

□ 제 출 처: 국제교류본부 유학생지원센터 행정실(N10-156호)   

□ 제출기한: 2024. 3. 8.(금)까지 

□ 등록증 발급 소요기간: 2주~4주

 □ 기타사항 

 - 개인적으로 신청 시 하이코리아(www.hikorea.go.kr )에서 방문 예약 신청 후 출입국 관리 사무소에 방문하시기 바랍니다. 

 - 입국 후 90일 이내에 반드시 외국인 등록을 신청해야 하며, 기간이 지날 경우 벌금이 부과됩니다.

 - 외국인등록증이 있어야 통장개설 등을 할 수 있으므로 입국 후 바로 신청을 권장합니다.

 - 지문등록 일정은 별도 공지할 예정입니다.

□  Applicants: Freshmen, students, and graduates who entered Korea with a new study abroad visa (including returning students)

□  Submission documents

  1. Application form (entry form, attachment)

  2. Certificate of enrollment (for enrolled students) or certificate of completion (for completed students) → Issued by theTotal Service Center (N10 - #106) or Gaesinnuri system

  3. Photos in 3*4 size (photos taken within the last 3 months, same as those on the previous Residence card are not allowed)

  4. a copy of a visa

  5. Passport Copy 

  6. Certificate of residence (Option 1)

   - Dormitory residence certificate 

   - Real estate contract (room contract)

   - Confirmation of residential accommodation(Attached file), a copy of the room provider's identification card, and a room provider's real estate contract

  7. Application fee:  30,000 won 

□ Submission: International Student Support Center ( N10-156)   

□ Submission deadline: March 8, 2024 (Fri) 

□ Registration certificate issuance period: 2 to 4 weeks

□ Other matters 

 - Personally, please apply for a visit reservation at Hi Korea (www.hikorea.go.kr ) and visit the immigration office. 

 - You must apply for alien registration within 90 days of entering the country, and you will be fined if the period expires. 

 - You need an alien registration card to open a bank account, so it is recommended to apply right after entering the country.

  - The fingerprint registration schedule will be announced separately.
